the location was great. two metro stations were very close. many restaurants and supermarkets were also nearby. the staff were helpful and friendly. the facilities were well maintained. this was my first stay at the place.

the lighting was not good all that white led light felt depressing. the decor in the lounge was also depressing. i would never sit on the uncomfortable sofa there. the poor standard of in room dining was another problem. an overly limited menu was offered.

The staff was attentive, especially when I needed advice on local trips. I also enjoyed the spa. I booked the jacuzzi and steam room daily for private use. It was a nice addition to the stay. It provided relaxation after long days.

The in-room dining menu was quite limited. There were only a few appetizers and one main course option. The menu lacked detail as it didn't specify what the main course included. I had to wait for reception to find the menu. I ultimately decided not to order, due to limited options.

the location was great. i loved that it was close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful and they gave amazing food recommendations. i really loved that!

the lighting wasn't the best, to be honest. all that white led light felt a bit depressing, i think. also, the in room dining menu was overly limited and not very appealing. i even had to wait for someone to find it!
